Give your managers the tools and training they need to effectively manage reservists, educating them about the responsibilities of both supervisors and reservists, under USERRA.
Communicate to everyone in your organization that your company supports the Guard and Reserve and their families.
Maintain contact with and support their families in every way possible while they are deployed.
